3 April 2023 The artist and author Victoria Lomasko had made a name for herself in Russia long before the invasion of Ukraine. She was recognized by gallery owners - and closely followed by the authorities for her anti-Putin stance.
Now exiled in Germany, she has published a new book that addresses the issue of the Soviet legacy in today's Russia. A graphic novel published in France under the title The Last Soviet Artist.
